Yes, your reservation request will be reviewed and confirmed by phone. You will also receive an email confirmation.
If a client fails to show up at the scheduled pickup time and/or location, he or she will be charged the full rate.

No, all of our vehicles are non-smoking.

There is no cancellation fee if the cancellation is made within the cancellation term stated in your contract. Late cancellations will result in a full charge to your account. For airport transfers, cancellations and changes must be completed over the phone at least 4 hours in advance. No shows and cancellations less than 2 hours prior to pickup up time will be charged full price.
